Terms being finalized The registration, cancellation and payment terms are sent to you in writing when your registration is confirmed. For any contractual question beforehand, write to us at info@ccmesd.ca.

Purpose

These terms govern the training and consulting services provided by CCMESD.

Registration and confirmation

Every registration is confirmed in writing. The confirmation states the session, the dates, the location, the format and the practical arrangements.

Fees and payment

Participation fees shown on the course pages are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Two accommodation options are offered at registration: option A without accommodation, option B with accommodation and breakfast, excluding lunch, dinner and incidental costs.

Cancellation and postponement

Cancellation and postponement terms are set out in the registration confirmation sent to you.

Certificate

A named certificate of participation is issued at the end of each session.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
